The SHRec Winter Gymnastics Program has been operating since 2016. The Hot Springs School District graciously allows the use of their equipment which helps us keep costs to the community lower. It is a non-competitive program that focuses on FUN while learning the essential skills of gymnastics with hopes of instilling the love of the sport in our communities youth.
Participants will learn balance, flexibility, coordination, and strength conditioning with the help of our coaches and staff. SHRec coaches have extensive experience in gymnastics and coaching. We strive for a positive, fun, and safe environment for your children.
